研究内容

当研究室では、in vitroの化合物スクリーニングからマウスを用いた病態モデル解析まで幅広い研究を行っています。そのために、以下のことをルーチンワークとして行っています。

(1) DNAを用いたPCRやクローニング
(2) 細胞培養や培養細胞を用いたプレートアッセイ
(3) in situ hybridizationや免疫組織染色
(4) マウスを用いた病態モデルの解析
